In regards to this complaint, we appreciate the patients frustrationHowever, we find ourselves in a position where we should not be the responding partyBody Cosmetica is a marketing cooperative on behalf of Board Certified Plastic SurgeonsWe answer phones, schedule appointments, and arrange payment from patients to physiciansIn this case, the physician received paymentWe have no information as to why the physician did not perform services or whether the physician was informed of this patients complaintUnfortunately, we do not work with this physician no longer
