He came in with an evap leakWe told him at that time that he would need a new fuel tankIt was not available to us aftermarket so we told him through our shop we would have to order it from the dealership and it was quite expensiveWe offered him to get his own and we would put it in and he would just have to pay laborDuring this time oil was pouring outWe put an oil sending unit on it, which he was aware of and approved itHe brought it back weeks later because he claimed it was still leakingWe took a look at it and it was leaking power steering fluid not oilThis has nothing to do with the work that was done and we didn’t do anything to the power steeringHe got upset because he claimed we told him we fixed all the leaks, which is not true, we told him we fixed the oil leak, which was not an issue anymore At the time the vehicle was in our shop it was not leaking power steering fluidAgain we didn’t touch anything dealing with that and we never charged him anything with the power steeringHe was extremely rude and at that time mentioned something about a repair a month before not being fixedHe had never once complained about an issue previously and I haven’t heard anything in months

He brought it back 2 weeks later because he claimed it was still leaking. We took a look at it and it was leaking power steering fluid not oil.
