Spend weeks getting required documents and told everything alright then next time you call this or that is not acceptable then you get what you can then they find something else wrong that you were told was fine earlier just giving me the run around not to pay claim

Scam!!! These people did not cover the gap insurance leaving us with a bill after my husband totaled his carNever again would I buy insurance through them

Stay away from this GAP warranty. It's unbelievable after reading the complaints on this site, how they still give an unacceptable explanation of them getting away with not covering what they should. They WILL NOT PAY the way it is promised to you when needed. Not recommended at all whatsoever!

Have GAP insurance through this company as beneficiary, signed contract. Car was totalled in September 2015. Original dealership illegally cancelled my insurance with Jim Moran & Associates on November 30, 2015, WITHOUT BENEFICIARY CONSENT. When I contacted Jim Moran & Associates to submit total loss information, they stated the dealership cancelled my insurance (not me), and then they refused to provide me any proof that I, as the beneficiary of my GAP insurance, had authorized this, which by law they would have. Continually told me to contact the dealership. Really? This company is as sleazy as the dealership. Sounds like a scam to me. TOTALLY ILLEGAL FROM BOTH SIDES. My attorney is now on top of it.
