Have GAP insurance through this company as beneficiary, signed contract Car was totalled in September Original dealership illegally cancelled my insurance with Jim Moran & Associates on November 30, 2015, WITHOUT BENEFICIARY CONSENT When I contacted Jim Moran & Associates to submit total loss information, they stated the dealership cancelled my insurance (not me), and then they refused to provide me any proof that I, as the beneficiary of my GAP insurance, had authorized this, which by law they would have Continually told me to contact the dealership Really? This company is as sleazy as the dealership Sounds like a scam to me TOTALLY ILLEGAL FROM BOTH SIDES My attorney is now on top of it
Stay away from this GAP warranty It's unbelievable after reading the complaints on this site, how they still give an unacceptable explanation of them getting away with not covering what they should They WILL NOT PAY the way it is promised to you when neededNot recommended at all whatsoever!
