Jim Mosco Concrete

Review: Mr. Mosco redid a portion of [redacted] driveway with concrete on 10/16/2014. After he left, [redacted] realized he did not complete the job near the stairs and garage. She tried to contact him but he changed his number. He told her, and she has witnesses, that there was a year warranty on the job. The part he did do, is now crumbling and sinking and has large cracks. She was able to get his number through an acquaintance. After several tries, she was able to get Mr. Mosco to come to her house early May and he informed her he will reseal it but would not redo the job because he said it would cost him too much. He said he would come back in a couple of weeks. He has not returned and has not made any contact with [redacted]. He will not give her his address so she is using his brother's businesses address for this complaint.Desired Settlement: She would like him to refund her money of $530 so that she can get a contractor to do the job who is able to be contacted and trusted.
