I have read Mr [redacted] ComplaintI apologize for our Staffs "dropping the ball" in what appears to be more than once.While it seems that we were not attentive to the high level that Mr [redacted] cares for his vehicle, there is no excuse for the hose clamp not being properly tightenedI can assure Mr [redacted] that the Technician that worked on his vehicle is an experienced and highly trained employeeThis particular case has been addressed with our Service Manager and the Technician to be sure this does not happen againWe always strive to provide all of our Customers high quality service withtheir Complete Satisfaction our ultimate goalI want Mr [redacted] to know, that if he were to give us another chance to Service his vehicle, we will get it right Jim [redacted]
