I am rejecting this response because: no repaired part was installed. A bogus receipt was generated and given to me as proof of the part being ordered but I have on writing that this part was not mine, the TV never had a refurbished or repaired part installed and there was no further issues with any other part. He didn't use my money to buy, repair, or even attempt to fix my TV. I have the proof in writing from the repair man and do not accept this answer. No service was provide beyond the 65 dollar inspection. I want my 125 dollars back since at no time was this part fixed, repaired, or sent anywhere for service.  I have proof in writing for all of these statements as well as proof from a Panasonic authorized repair company. He took my money and did nothing to attempt fixing my TV. I seek only the money for the fictitious part that he failed to repair.
