I was excited to be starting a search for a vehicle I inquired on line I did receive immediate email response and then a phone call in the morning That was the last positive thing done I told them of one specific vehicle I wanted to test drive and a second I arrived and the salesman had the second choice ready for us to take out He had only minutes of his shift left and directed me just in town only a minute ride if that It seemed like he was more worried about getting off work than selling me a vehicle Then we stopped at the first vehicle I was interested in and it would not start This sales man was lethargic and did not seem to want my money and/or business so I am buying a car elsewhere that is more inviting
This dealer is to be avoidedCertified used car? Bunch of bolognaJust a way to make more moneySo many issues with it- rust on the car, instrument malfunctions inside, deteriorated break pads, multiple scratches, cracked hubcap...list goes onSerious doubts as to if the point check happened at allAlso, salesmen here are lethargic and uninvitingNeed your car fixed? Be wary- they don't listen to your request thoroughlyThey will scrounge you for every last dollar, and not fix the issue at hand
took my Dodge Dart in for service, the wipers would not turn off and the washer fluid would not dispense, the initial diagnose was a short in wiper motor, three days later, deemed not the problem, unable to diagnose, they called Chrysler for advise, one week later and *** its finally fixed, (I paid for the mechanic to attend troubleshooting school) On my way home after paying the bill, I noticed the Engine trouble light was on, I had to turn around and return so they would reset the ECM that they forgot to do, they also forgot to install new wiper blades that I requested, I will never give them my business again

He had only 45 minutes of his shift left and directed me just in town only a 10 minute ride if that. It seemed like he was more worried about getting off work than selling me a vehicle.
