I drove in my car for a recall and drove out of there with their loaner car After a few hours, the service advisor called and said that I they will need another day or two as they are talking to VW in Ontario for another part they found that was broken After a few days, I received another call from the dealership telling me that VW in Ontario is not paying for the broken part as it is not part of the recall and I was told to pay for it myself, which is Cad before tax I told them I'm not prepared to spend any amount on the car right now I said just finish the recall work that they have to do and I will worry about replacing the other broken part later They said that they can do that but will have to make me sign a waiver saying that I disagreed to replace the broken part After a few hours they called me saying that the car will not work without replacing the broken part, and that I would have to get it towed if I insisted on not replacing the broken part My car was in
