Thier sales department do not give out proper information when signing your contractThe salesman did not disclose information regarding how we were going to gave to pay for the tags for the vehicleCommon sense and I work for the car businessThey only charged us for for new tags and licenseStill left previous plates on the vehicle and expect us to turn them into DMVThen sent and called HARRASSING Stating that we owe them money that they never put in the contractBUYER BEWARE!!!!! When we purchase the vehicle asked if there was another set of keysSaleman stated there was only one setLIE NUMBER 2, there is another setThey will not give to us at allTop it all off the saleman new this and never explained it during the processLOOK OVER YOUR CONTRACT! THEY LIE!!!! They could have rewrote the contract with the Correct DMV FEESInstead they are HARASSING US BECAUSE THEY CAN DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!!!! Please be careful and look over your contract!!!!

Not only that but I was now out of the buy completely and they tried getting my co-buyer to do this ridiculous transaction Not only did they not help me but twisted the whole sale upside downI will NOT go back there Ever and highly recommend you dont even tryComplete waste of time
Don’t ever buy from this place u will only be buying a lemonregret buying from them should of given the truck back before the warranty was over now I’m looking into going after them for repairs I been told them what was wrong and was told it’s suppose to drive like thathalf *** work *** this place!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEMThey r so cheap they order all the parts from eBay and make u wait weeks to fix the problem gonna be making a report with Revdex.com also!!! AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I recently spoke with two employees at this facility (Frank and Candido) in a course of a week and have found that the customer service is less than an A+ ratingNot only does this company make you feel like you are not important, they also do not keep their word when they say they will get back to youAs a customer, when an employee says they will get back to you in 10-min, that is their definition of neverIt's an unfortunate experience of disappointment especially when you originally heard good reviewsI will not recommended anyone to do business with this company, they are the true definition of a "salesman"
Feb 2018, I found a vehicle with a great internet price that I was interested inI met with a salesman who agreed to give me full payoff for my trade in, no money down, and a lower APR than I currently haveI decided to take a day of thought before deciding to go with the deal and during that time I found another vehicle through them that I liked betterWell, after a day of emails going over numbers and getting a final number from the salesmen, I agreed to come sign paperworkOnce I got there, none of the numbers matched! They told me that the initial vehicle quote that included full payoff on my trade in also included GAP, and other (optional) coveragesI informed them that I did not want those optional coverages and I came there to sign for the numbers agreed on.After going back and forth, I was told that if I didn't take the GAP, extended warranty and other optional coverage then they wouldn't give me full payoff because they were expecting to make money on those coveragesSo, either I could get full payoff and sign a loan with $in optional coverages, or I could have a balance on my trade in roll over to the new loan all because they wanted to make money......after numbers had been agreed on prior to me wasting hours there! And let's not forget that I arranged to go test drive the vehicle and when I got there after working all night I was told "Oh, the car is actually at our lot miles awayCan you come back later today"
