Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowI'm not quite sure how him sending employees to our residence with no notice is good business practiceI had a sleeping baby and could not let workers into my house when I am not aware they are comingSending someone back was suppose to be agreed update upon and we were not suppose to be charged extraAfter I sent the workers away [redacted] tried bullying me into additional chargers when clearly the attached text says that he would do so with no charge and CONTACT us before sending someoneHis mention to split cost doesn't make senseNo good business owner sends someone to a house without notification, no respectful business owner avoids phone calls and tries to swindle extra money because of his inability to communicate. He left the job unfinished and we paid him for a service that he did not completeHis response does not justify his actionsClearly there are no justifications for poor business practices Regards, [redacted]

I am responding to the complaint filed by *** ***We were hired to do the ceilings in their homeSince they were unable to get all the old popcorn ceiling down, they were not happy with the end result once the ceiling driedI talked to Mr*** and agreed to send out men the
following day to take care of the problem When they got to the ***’s home, Mrs*** was unaware they were coming and would not let them inI still had to pay them for the day and the wasted gas to go down there for nothingKnowing they were not happy, I wanted to help resolve itI offered to split the cost of her hiring another company to come in and finish the jobThere is about hours of work and would cost about $I have already paid guys to drive all the way there to get turned away

Please add your rejection comments below. I'm not quite sure how him sending employees to our residence with no notice is good business practice. I had a sleeping baby and could not let workers into my house when I am not aware they are coming. Sending someone back was suppose to be agreed update upon and we were not suppose to be charged extra. After I sent the workers away [redacted] tried bullying me into additional chargers when clearly the attached text says that he would do so with no charge and CONTACT us before sending someone. His mention to split cost doesn't make sense. No good business owner sends someone to a house without notification, no respectful business owner avoids phone calls and tries to swindle extra money because of his inability to communicate. He left the job unfinished and we paid him for a service that he did not complete. His response does not justify his actions. Clearly there are no justifications for poor business practices.
