Neither Ms. [redacted] or her daughters have, or ever have had, medical payments on their policies. I really don’t know what she is talking about here.  Also, I moved to Arizona from Colorado and have not seen Ms. [redacted] in 3 years.  She must be thinking I am someone else.When Ms. [redacted]...

contacted me to add a vehicle (2014 Mercedes)  I noticed her credit score had improved. So I quoted her in a combo with her condo which greatly improved her rate.  She then called me back and mentioned that she wanted gap insurance on the Mercedes she just purchased.  I explained that MetLife does not provide gap insurance on vehicles that are 2 years old.  The next day, she called and said she had found another insurer to provide gap insurance and wanted to cancel the auto from the previous day.  I explained that the condo premium would go back up without the auto policy.  She yelled at me to reinstate the condo as it was previously, which I did immediately.  I must mention that in my dealings with Ms. [redacted] and her daughter throughout the years, they have both proven to have very volatile tempers.  Myself and my previous PMA (who is also my wife and now an agent herself) have been exposed to verbal abuse by both of them, including explosive tirades, using the F word over and over.  We oftentimes are required to explain things to customers they don’t want to hear.  In no way was I rude or unprofessional, nor did I ever hang up on Ms. [redacted].  Let me know if you need additional information.
