In March, I contracted with Jim [redacted] to build a patio cover for a client of mineAfter two weeks, the job was not half done but I had paid him more than 75% of his quoted price He left on a family emergency and then informed me that he was not coming back to work on the job He has refused to answer my calls and my text messagesAnd he has refused to return any of the money I have paid him I have incurred extra costs to finish his work, which I have since found out from the building inspector was sub-standard, which required more money to complete I don?t recommend him to work on any projects in the area
