the manufacturer on how they wish to proceed. This is a two year old vehicle under factory warranty and we have to follow their directives on service procedures.  We have been picking up and delivering their truck to them as necessary in an effort to resolve their problem with a minimum of inconvenience.   For the record I never hung up on anyone. The Customer purchased the 2008 UD 3300 commercial delivery truck November [redacted] 2016.  He brought it in on 12/**/2016 and left it for warranty repair, and I gave him a ride to the train station so he could get home.  We performed the repairs under warranty and he picked it up a on the [redacted]...

of December.  The customer called on 1/**/2017 stating that to me that he had returned the truck 3 times for repair and that it was a "lemon" and wanted to be refunded for his purchase.  I told him I would repair it under warranty or maybe trade it for something else depending on what my service personnel determined (was he really here 3 times for the same problem?).  The customer stated he was not interested in a repair or trade as he found a different vehicle he wanted to purchase.  The vehicle is a used commercial truck that the customer purchased and registered in NJ.  7% NJ sales tax was paid and there is a finance contract. My used truck warranty is that I will repair the truck within 30 days of purchase.  The customer incorrectly stated that the truck was here 3 times for repair, it was only here once. The customer has proceeded to make disparaging remarks against me in what I must assume is an attempt to pressure me to buy his truck back.  As I have indicated to the customer and reiterated here I can not refund his purchase but I will gladly repair the truck at my own expense or possibly  trade it for another vehicle in my inventory.  First the customer must remove the disparaging comments from the internet as they are not factually correct and in fact may warrant legal action if not removed. William R[redacted]Jim Reed's Truck Sales, Inc.[redacted]

Review: I ordered a truck from this dealer with a specific trailer kit package in November of 2012 and received the truck sometime in January of 2013. I have had problems form the beginning and continue to have problems with the rear lights and the trailer hitch wiring. They have tried to repair it but to no avail and now they refuse to take care of it and take responsibility.Desired Settlement: I will take the truck to a repair shop who has the knowledge to wire the hitch properly and Jim Reeds Truck Sales can reimburse me for the cost.Thank you.
