Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The idea of having a first response to any interaction provided under the signature of an attorney indicates that [redacted] has no interest in a resolution through Revdex.com or any other discourseMr [redacted] is either a very inattentive attorney or is attempting to develop his new craft as a "fiction" authorOn 7/12, I was with my father at the [redacted] during the time that [redacted] first arrived at my house and for the ensuing hour, I was not privy to any communications he claims to have conducted with me.? During that first hour of [redacted] 's presence at my home (of which I was not present), [redacted] 's discussions with my wife NEVER identified any cost of repairHe began replacing capacitors, evacuating the compressor, filling with an inferior coolant, and injecting sealants........all performed without explanation or disclosure of cost.? When I arrived, the only information I received from him was "it will be running soon" and a tale of number of patents he held on AC improvementsThe first information I received about cost was after the AC began operating (i.e., cooling)He handed me a bill for $As the unit was cooling at the time, I trusted that this was a viable resolution [redacted] did not express any concern that the work he performed was in any manner suspect or inferior or that I should be concerned about the longevity of the repairs he performedI signed the work order AFTER the work was completed and his equipment was returned to the truck.Soon after [redacted] 's departure, the unit stopped cooling, resulting in a call to [redacted] 's number.? [redacted] returned to my home on Thursday (7/13)He made several visits to the basement and returned to the external unitHe never identified the location of the leak, but confirmed that the unit was cooling once againBefore he left, [redacted] provided an unsolicited quote for both a heating and AC unitThis surprised me as [redacted] had not recommended any such consideration prior to performing the repairs on 7/Again, shortly after his departure, the unit failed to cool.I am disappointed that a "Revdex.com Accredited Business" attempts to address customer issues through threats and intimidationI expected more guidance from Revdex.comI am attaching a file from the Missouri Secretary of State officeFrom all appearances, Jim Reilly Service Company, Inc(charter number [redacted] ) has had an "administrative dissolution or revocation" on December 5, Conversations with MO Secretary of State support line confirmed that this company is operating in an illegal manner as it "may not carry on any business" except liquidation activitiesIt is now August 20, clearly indicating that this is not a simply over-siteUnder the Revdex.com Accreditation Standards, I understand that section "1B: Fulfill all licensing and bonding requirements of applicable jurisdictions" may be applicableAt this time, the financial dispute is between Jim Reilly Service Company, Incand my credit card company, Chase BankAs of August 17, JRSC has not responded to the transaction disputeFrom a "Revdex.com accredited" business, I expected a responsive, good-faith discussionI did not expect to receive a threatening letter filled with a "fantasy reality" articulated via a fiction-author attorney.Sincerely, [redacted]

According to the secretary of state filing this business was dissolved 12/5/and are not legally authorized to conduct businessI do not like being threatened from a company that is operating illegally.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The furnace in our mobile home is the original furnace from 1979, when the home was manufacturedThe AC unit was purchased? new, as a complete unit? in The system purchased is better and larger than needed for the mobile homeThis system ran great for years, at the end of last summer the air it was putting out was not cold enoughI called a local company to come out and ad refrigerantThe company tech informed us we did not need refrigerant and that the compressor was not working at allThis spring I contacted the place of purchase and they informed me the compressor was under warranty but that I needed to use one of the companies listed on their website (picture attached of authorized list of HVAC companies)I selected [redacted] Reilly HVACI called and made an appointment and had the service man out on Saturday May 5thThe technician left without ever testing the temperature of the air being forced through the ventsIn addition,? he? incorrectly put the cover back on the front of the furnace,? it does not line up and you cannot reach either of the breaker switches now without removing the? front coverIt was obvious within a few hours that the system was not workingI called and explained the situation and was given an appointment for 1pm the following FridayThe assistant, ***, clearly stated that there would be additional charges, to which I agreedThe appointment time and date came and no one showed upI called twice that day and no one answered my calls or messagesI then began calling, almost daily, to get them to come out and complete the repair to? my AC - that I had agreed to pay for! No one every answered my calls or returned my messagesI was forced to go out and purchase new window units at a cost of $I have continued to call and also called the place the AC unit was purchased from, [redacted] Supply, who stated they would gladly send out a replacement compressor at no charge for the company to installThey said it was rare but sometimes you can get a bad, "new" compressorI explained to both [redacted] and Reilly HVAC that I knew it was the compressor because the copper pipe from the unit to the house was not cool in anyway, to the touchSince the company was notified of my complaint to the Revdex.com the owner has sent me a text message threatening me with his attorney (photo of text attached)At this point I do not wish to have Reilly HVAC do any further service to my AC unitI want them to remove the compressor they installed and refund my $cash paymentIf the compressor works as they claim, they can use it on another jobIf it does not work as I claim, then they can return it to [redacted] for a complete refund Sincerely, [redacted] ***

12/13/3:09pm Email from consumer: The credit card dispute has been permanently resolvedHowever there are two outstanding issues that need to be addressed:The outright “threat” to file a mechanic’s lien on my propertyI know that as of December 11, 2017, there is no lien currently on fileHowever, [redacted] has stated that he will place a lien on the property.Jim Reilly Service Company, Inc(Charter number [redacted] ) has been “administratively dissolved” since December 5, 2016, for failure to file registration reportsAccording to the Department of Revenue, this company is operating illegally in the state of MissouriThe fact that Jim Reilly Service Company, Incis bantering around with an A+ rating as it operates illegally is ludicrousIn fact, because Jim Reilly Service Company, Inchad an A+ rating, it was specifically identified as one of the service companies we called when the cooling problem occurred12/20/2:PM Mediator left message.12/27/3:pm Administrator at Revdex.com to check for dissolution.1/03/2:pm I dont understand why the failure to renew licenses doesnt have an impact but if that is a common issue I followI recently refinanced and they had not filed a lien Mediator read lawyer for company which makes no refernece to non payment or liens and shared same with customer Mediator indicated while he recovered his funds he is not satisfied with his over all experience with this company Apparently someone who answered phone referred to a lien but nothing has come of that
