12/13/3:09pm Email from consumer: The credit card dispute has been permanently resolvedHowever there are two outstanding issues that need to be addressed:The outright “threat” to file a mechanic’s lien on my propertyI know that as of December 11, 2017, there is no lien currently on fileHowever, *** has stated that he will place a lien on the property.Jim Reilly Service Company, Inc(Charter number ***) has been “administratively dissolved” since December 5, 2016, for failure to file registration reportsAccording to the Department of Revenue, this company is operating illegally in the state of MissouriThe fact that Jim Reilly Service Company, Incis bantering around with an A+ rating as it operates illegally is ludicrousIn fact, because Jim Reilly Service Company, Inchad an A+ rating, it was specifically identified as one of the service companies we called when the cooling problem occurred. 12/20/2:PM Mediator left message.12/27/3:pm Administrator at Revdex.com to check for dissolution.1/03/2:pm I dont understand why the failure to renew licenses doesnt have an impact but if that is a common issue I followI recently refinanced and they had not filed a lien. Mediator read lawyer for company which makes no refernece to non payment or liens and shared same with customer. Mediator indicated while he recovered his funds he is not satisfied with his over all experience with this company. Apparently someone who answered phone referred to a lien but nothing has come of that

According to the secretary of state filing this business was dissolved 12/5/and are not legally authorized to conduct businessI do not like being threatened from a company that is operating illegally.

this is simply cannot be done they purchased unit from the above mentioned company we cannot return a manufactures part we were only hired to install /replace warranty compressor this is where we have completed our contract all was correctly installed and left in operating conditionThis has not been diagnosed or installed originally by our company If so we would have matched all the system from original installation years agowe understand your being upset but we have honorably and discounted our cost to assist financially the homeowner we have nothing we can do further WE recommend replacement of air handler and a coil and metering device , matching system components in our opinion they have been repaired to much by untrained unlicensed repair personnelTell us why here

I am rejecting this response because:The furnace in our mobile home is the original furnace from 1979, when the home was manufacturedThe AC unit was purchased new, as a complete unit in The system purchased is better and larger than needed for the mobile homeThis system ran great for years, at the end of last summer the air it was putting out was not cold enoughI called a local company to come out and ad refrigerantThe company tech informed us we did not need refrigerant and that the compressor was not working at allThis spring I contacted the place of purchase and they informed me the compressor was under warranty but that I needed to use one of the companies listed on their website (picture attached of authorized list of HVAC companies)I selected *** Reilly HVACI called and made an appointment and had the service man out on Saturday May 5thThe technician left without ever testing the temperature of the air being forced through the ventsIn addition, he incorrectly put the cover back on the front of the furnace, it does not line up and you cannot reach either of the breaker switches now without removing the front coverIt was obvious within a few hours that the system was not workingI called and explained the situation and was given an appointment for 1pm the following FridayThe assistant, ***, clearly stated that there would be additional charges, to which I agreedThe appointment time and date came and no one showed upI called twice that day and no one answered my calls or messagesI then began calling, almost daily, to get them to come out and complete the repair to my AC - that I had agreed to pay for! No one every answered my calls or returned my messagesI was forced to go out and purchase new window units at a cost of $I have continued to call and also called the place the AC unit was purchased from, *** Supply, who stated they would gladly send out a replacement compressor at no charge for the company to installThey said it was rare but sometimes you can get a bad, "new" compressorI explained to both *** and Reilly HVAC that I knew it was the compressor because the copper pipe from the unit to the house was not cool in anyway, to the touchSince the company was notified of my complaint to the Revdex.com the owner has sent me a text message threatening me with his attorney (photo of text attached)At this point I do not wish to have Reilly HVAC do any further service to my AC unitI want them to remove the compressor they installed and refund my $cash paymentIf the compressor works as they claim, they can use it on another jobIf it does not work as I claim, then they can return it to *** for a complete refund
Sincerely,

? please see prepared statement?

We DID replace a compressor that was under warranty, our charges were for refrigerant, labor, gases and miscwhich is NOT included in the warrantyThe rest of the system we are not responsible for The inside system is a very very old trailer home which should have a Modular Manufactured home
type air handler with electric heat in itThe inside system is a pieced together residential air handler which has been simply saying ‘’built’’ by homeowner or another individualI informed them I can not do anything with a pieced together system, nor was I hired to do soFurthermore, we have never had anything to do with this unit before, including installation and/or serviceWe would to see the information that states that the “new” compressor is indeed not functioningIf this is the case, why did they not hire this other company in the first place? Or, possibly with seeing the condition of the rest of the system, quite possibly there is another problem that is burning up the compressors? In conclusion, we have had our attorney review this and can provide you (Revdex.com) a statement from him stating that we simply provided the service that the customer hired us to do and all was completed in a satisfactory manner.? ? This complaint has NO merit
