Not giving costumers what we pay for This business has been cheating people out of their moneyMe and various other people I know pay $120+ a month for 8mbpsI'll say over 50% of the time the internet runs slower than what you are told you are gettingIt cuts out at almost the exact same time every nightIt just isn't as reliable as they say it isThey know they have a monopoly here because of services that don't extend this far so they do not worry about losing businessI do believe they could do better than what they have provided us withI've made posts on social media about the issue and there are many other customers with the same complaints and downtimes as meI know this isn't just happening to meThey are cheating a lot of people here and we are all getting sick of it
I have had progressive rural telephone internet for a few months now and the internet will cut out from time to time everytime it rains or the wind blows or theres a mist or what ever the internet slows way down or there is no internet at allits ridiculous I pay $a month for internet they need to set up better lines and fix them cause they are not covered good enough cause when it rains the rain is hitting the copper in the line causing the internet to go outim trying to seek help to get this issue fixed cause progressive won't do nothing about so please assist this issuethank you
