I write to address the complaint of Ms [redacted] *** Ms [redacted] is a client of my and we do represent her in a slip and fall personal injury claim After receiving this complaint I immediately called and spoke with Ms [redacted] about her complaint Ms [redacted] apologized for the complaint and said she was simply upset at the moment she filed the complaint and that she will e-mail the Revdex.com to retract it I explained to Ms [redacted] that, while her case was settled, we have been attempting to reduce the Medicaid lien As soon as we get the reduction on the case, we can disburse her monies Ms [redacted] does have my cell phone number and has been instructed to call me anytime with her issues Further, a review of the case file showed numerous e-mails and conversations informing client of the status of her case through December and January I believe that Ms [redacted] is currently satisfied with my response, but if there is anything I need to do to resolve it I will Thank you [redacted] ***
