Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because i'm not sure if Accept Response would finish the complaintI responded to [redacted] on ( see attached)Also Jim Ross specifically states he never heard of me or my issues, and in the first attachment I sent him both emails on and 1.8.2017, months after the last response from [redacted] .Anyways, I asked [redacted] to complete the original request or to refund the original feeI understand it's a holiday but I don't want this case to automatically close without this being completed Regards, [redacted] ***
I write to address the complaint of Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] is a client of my and we do represent her in a slip and fall personal injury claim. After receiving this complaint I immediately called and spoke with Ms. [redacted] about her complaint. Ms. [redacted] apologized for the complaint...
and said she was simply upset at the moment she filed the complaint and that she will e-mail the Revdex.com to retract it. I explained to Ms. [redacted] that, while her case was settled, we have been attempting to reduce the Medicaid lien. As soon as we get the reduction on the case, we can disburse her monies. Ms. [redacted] does have my cell phone number and has been instructed to call me anytime with her issues. Further, a review of the case file showed numerous e-mails and conversations informing client of the status of her case through December and January. I believe that Ms. [redacted] is currently satisfied with my response, but if there is anything I need to do to resolve it I will. Thank you. [redacted]

I was surprised to hear of this complaint from Mr. [redacted] as this was the first I’ve learned of his dissatisfaction. My office has reached out to him in an attempt to remedy any issues he has. I’ve attached a copy of our communications with him. He is currently...

Also Jim Ross specifically states he never heard of me or my issues, and in the first attachment I sent him both emails on 12.9.2016 and 1.8.2017, 2 months after the last response from [redacted].Anyways, I asked [redacted] to complete the original request or to refund the original fee. I understand it's a holiday but I don't want this case to automatically close without this being completed.
