I want to preface the below information with; ***'s name is not present on our purchase agreement contractsNowhere is her name mentioned, or her signature presentGeneral Motors has very strict confidentiality rules and procedures
pertaining to ownership, and they hold their Dealeships to very strict guidelines
The vehicle *** is referring to is registered in: ***'s nameIn the Revdex.com complaint, *** refers to *** as her husbandProof has never been providedWe are restricted in giving out vehicle information, when ownership is in question
As far as ***, he came into our dealership looking for a used vehicleWe were transparent with the vehicle he was interested inHe chose to purchase a used vehicle that had miles on the odometerWe were also very upfront and reiterated everything, when *** was signing the purchase agreement contractsHe purchased a used vehicle, which was as isThis agreement was also signed by ***
As far as ***'s reference to CarFax? CarFax is a company that reports damage on vehiclesIt does not collect inspections or general service work dataOur inspection that we performed on this vehicle, would never show up on a CarFax ReportNo inspection would show up on CarFax
I checked the service records and there was an in depth inspection performed on this vehicle, and work was facilitated before vehicle was sold*** did come back in some weeks later with a symptomWe diagnosed this symptom, and gave him FREE repairs againThis is going above and beyond in trying to help our customer*** says that: one of our Mechanics was being rude? I'm not finding any service employee that remembers talking to ***, so I'm not sure how this could have happenedWe rarely allow our customers back in the hoist area, where they are workingThere's too much going on in this area, and we are always aware of safety issues

First off *** *** is my husband and I was unaware that I had to show my marriage certificate to prove this to Ryan ChevroletAs far as privacy for the owner of the vehicle and the dealership, please tell me how I got over documents with *** signature on them without him being there? That's doesn't sound like a very good privacy relationship, especially when there was important information like his bank and loan informationOnce again I don't feel like the truck was fully looked at, we had asked for the paperwork saying it was looked over and we where not granted thatMy husband and I both still feel that not all the issues where addressed with this truckAnd to clear the matter up with the carfax I am going off of what it says, the carfax I have that was given to me from Ryan Chevrolet shows dates to when it was serviced in your shopso if you say it would not show that are you stating that the carfax you gave me is fake? Just curious that mine says the dates it was serviced in your shopI also am very curious to when Ryan Chevrolet fixed the truck weeks later after purchase? The NEVER happen and surely they don't do things for FREE thereMy husband took the truck once to the shop the day after purchase for the truck to be plugged into a small code reader and was told to bring it back because the code was not showing at the time and they could not read it without it showingSo no repairs where done and please if they where an invoice to show what was done and when would be greatAnd yes your mechanic was rude as can be, please don't call me a liar about itI was with my husband and your sales lady Susan, in the hoist area, when the mechanic came to rudely speak with my husbandSo yes we where back there if we where not I don't understand how I can describe what it looks like thenMaybe Ryan Chevrolet doesn't know what their employees are doing at all apparentlyI also have many text messages sent from your sales lady Susan talking about how we where being brushed off and that originally the truck was not fully inspectedI also have text stating that the staff there can be rudeVery shocking to have someone who works there and understands that Ryan Chevrolet isn't a very friendly place and that things don't get handled in a professional wayLike I said all we asked is that this was looked over properly and it was notI would like for this matter to be resolvedIt's very sad when a customer can't walk away satisfiedI am also not the only one after this all I have seen online is horrible reviews about Ryan Chevrolet and how people where treated poorly
