I am in receipt of your July 27, 2016 letter regarding our business transactions with the [redacted].  As Mr. [redacted] referenced in his customer experience information to the Revdex.com, our dealership had a six-day sale event...

off-site at the local fairgrounds.  It was very busy and at times very hectic.  The last day of the sale was July 25th, and all of the inventory and office equipment, etc. was moved back to the dealership on the 26th.  That is most likely why the [redacted] were put off a few days. 
 
On Friday, July 29th the [redacted] came in to the dealership and met with one of our sales managers.  In the interest of customer satisfaction and to resolve the [redacted] concerns the contracts and sale agreements were rewritten, removing product that was sold in the F & I office and lowering the sale prices to get payments that were lower and satisfactory to the [redacted].  
 
To my knowledge the [redacted]’ complaints have been addressed.  If more information is needed please let me know.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Actually I was very pleased with how Jim S[redacted] helped get this resolved.  I actually tried to send an email to the Revdex.com to let you know but for some reason it would not let me.
