Review: Jim Travis came to my home for an arborist consultation for a $75.00 fee and said at the time that if his company did the work the fee would be deducted. When his workers came to do the work I paid the entire amount because I had forgotten about the earlier fee. When the $75 dollar check came through my bank I called and was told a check would be sent. Four weeks has gone by, no check. I've called several times and left messages, and they have not returned my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $75.00 consultation fee returned to my as promised
