I am rejecting this response because:While it is true that the CarFax showed no damage, the AutoCheck does and evidently that is the one that counts with most car dealersI have checked with several car dealers and asked which report they use most and it is not CarFax. My husband stopped in at the Jim Trenary dealership in Union and talked to a person named ***, he was supposed to be the supervisor over sales, and he did tell my husband that we could trade the car back to them at full value of Kelly Blue Book and not discount the car due to the damage*** wanted to know what type of car I was looking for and my husband told him he would need to call me*** did have my number because I had talked to him a couple of times beforeI have yet received a call from anyone about a trade and what type of car I was wanting.Plus, I guess since I did complain to the Revdex.com, that MrTrenary decided to finally answer the Attorney GeneralI have an email that states the Attorney General's office had sent MrTrenary mediation letters, one on 12/12/17, 1/24/and 2/27/But then again, as MrTrenary stated to me, that it is perfectly legal to sell damage goods and not tell the customer of the damage.I would gladly send the copy of the AutoCheck to anyone who would like to see itThe AutoCheck even states that the damage was disclosed at the auction that the car was sold atI can't get a copy to download to my computer, but I will gladly mail one to you.What I would like is for Jim Trenary to take the car back and give me the full value that I paid for the car at the date of purchase, not Kelly Blue Book value, on the purchase of a vehicle of my choice with an AutoCheck ran on that vehicle.

We are very sorry that Mrs. [redacted] is unhappy with the car she and her husband purchased from us here at Jim Trenary of Union. We were unaware of any possible pre existing damage to the purchased Toyota. Even as of March 7, 2018, there was no known accident report on CARFAX, which we have...

since forwarded to the Attorney General’s Office of Missouri. We have even gone as far as offering to trade their Toyota back in for another vehicle and disregard any negative value because of the claimed prior damage. So, in closing we feel we have offered to be fair in this matter.
