I had Jim Underwood do my roof this past summer. I chose him because he could start sooner, he actually wanted to come out when someone was home and his price was in the middle of other quotes. I'm please with the roof and the work done. He said he could do a wind mitigation for my insurance company. He filled out a paper and according to my insurance company, incomplete and did not supply me with enough pictures. Many phone calls had to be made in order to get what I did and still not enough for underwriting. Yes insurance company is a pain but he didn't make it any easier! Now I'm told I have to hire someone else and pay $100 for this mitigation to be properly done. He shouldn't say he can provide something insurance companies won't accept.
