1-21-16To whom it may concern,Customer called on 1-and scheduled a return visit for tomorrow Friday 1-22-? This situation has not been examined by us on account of the future schedulingBased on what I have read we charge for main drain cleaning which is the pipe that leaves the home and drains to the main city sewer typically in the street? When this line clogs it fills up and overflows the lowest opening, typically a floor drain? So if you run water in the house anywhere it will overflow out of the floor drain? If the floor drain is clogged it would not be a overflow point? ? We haven't visited the home yet to dispute any warranty and even know if it is the same problem? Please remove complaint off my near perfect record and allow us to resolve a problem when one arrises? Complaint like this are on my record for years and impact my business revenue and integrity? I feel that now a complaint has been filed in advance I am forced to negotiate on unrelated issues

Jim Wagner Plumbing, Incoffices are open 8:am to 5:pm Monday through Friday 8:am through 4:pm on Saturdays When you call for our services when we are closed you have options, leave a message for a call next business day or option for emergency service When you choose option we are very clear that we are offering emergency service and its $for us to come out We are very clear that we are also charging emergency ratesYou agree to this with a live operator JWP did everything we said we were going to do Not sure why you would feel that you shouldn't have to pay this

We had an emergency plumbing issue in the late afternoon and decided to call Jim Wagner Plumbing, which we found on the internet since they were available 24/ Within two hours the plumber was at our home and was able to determine the problem within a few minutesHe quoted us an exact cost to solve our plumbing issue and he fix the problem on the spotHe also told us that the problem would persist without further replacementHe provided us with the cost of the replacement, which we could schedule within a weekWithin a few days he came back to complete the replacement we neededI would highly recommend contacted Jim Wagner Plumbing for any plumbing needs especially in an emergency
