Revdex.com: Please note, that if a process was made clear to me and my fellow residents that we would not have complained on the Revdex.com I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10045787, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me We greatly appreciate their attention to our safety Regards, [redacted]

We have read the complaint and do not agree with what is being statedThe vehicle was carefully analyzed using advanced diagnostics and was malfunctioning due to improper/contaminated Diesel Emission Fluid (D.E.F) filled into the D.E.FTank by the owners representativeWe cleaned the contaminated
Fluid from the system per manufacturers recommended instructions and added (5) gallons of Approved D.E.FfluidThis type of work is excluded and not covered by the Vehicle or engine manufacturers warranty as stated in Warranty Parchments. The customer returned with a similar check engine light complaint (2) weeks laterThe vehicle had used up the DEF Fluid we had provided and once again the customers employee installed improper/contaminated D.E.Ffluid and the system was contaminated again which would require the same job previously performed to be done againThe customer elected to take the vehicle without repair and file a complaint with Revdex.comWe called our Manufacturer and customer to set up an appointment to review the issue and provide clear communication on what the manufacture and dealer are responsible for with regards to warrantyWe met with the operations manager and arranged to repair the vehicle on Goodwill policy We trust the customer is satisfied at this time

May 12,
To Whom It May Concern,
In response to the tenant’s complaint filed 5/10/with the
Revdex.com we have collected documents of facts relating to the water heater issueThe
maintenance request was immediately
addressedThe necessary repairs were made
the same day the tenants reported the water heater issue to our office which
was Monday 5/5/The invoice we received stating the repairs made was received
in our office 5/6/The recommendation for replacement was a precautionary measure
based on the age of the water heater; it poses no immediate threat to the unit
or the tenantsAfter receiving the recommendation our Maintenance Coordinator,
***, requested a bid for a replacement that will be sent to the owners for
approvalWe received a letter from the tenants of ** *** Verdes on 5/9/
demanding immediate action*** began calling the tenants in order of the
names on the letter to explain that the repairs have been made, a bid for
replacement has already been requested and will require owner approval for
replacementThis update in response to the letter was left on the voicemail of
the first tenant Yareli and then discussed with the tenant Angel on 5/9/who
agreed to fill in the other tenants in the unitAs we left it Friday afternoon
the tenants were in an understanding that the water heater is old but not a
threat and that a bid has been requested so we can work on getting approval from
the owner for replacement
Attached is a copy of the notes our Maintenance Coordinator,
*** ***’s notes detailing the request and the steps that were takenWe
also have a statement from the technician Todd from Drain Doctors about the
water heater repair, the original invoice were received and a letter of demand
from the tenants
Sincerely,
*** ***
Director of Operations

We understand your concerns and we have
continued to stay in contact and update you and the other tenants in the unit
throughout the process. However, there is a process that we must follow to get the proper authorization from
the owners of the property when major repairs, such as this one, exceeds our maintenance
expense limit given to us by the property owner. As stated in our original response, the
bid was requested and when
received it will be sent to the owner for approval.
We just received the bid for replacement
today May 19th at 11:27am. Our maintenance department immediately contacted the
owner for approval of the bid. The owner has approved the bid and the water
heater replacement will be scheduled as soon as possible. If there
any further concerns please contact our property management office.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
