Received this 'free' two day stay about months ago...paid the $refundable deposit...wasn't sure I was going to us the tripabout months later my wife was diagnosed with ALS and I had just paid an additional $the day before as we were going to use the trip at a 'Time Share' After medical notice of ALS, we decided we could not go as they would not tell us if we had secured a handicapped room...asked for a refund and was flatly refused even though it had only been ONE day after payment Company never calls you back or answers the phonedoesn't give what is promised...we asked several times about a handicapped room before and that was reason we thought about not utilizing the trip...without any good results but thought we'd go anyway as it was a 'Time Share' room Found out after I tried to cancel it was at a [redacted] and a Time share presentation and not even in the same location!!!! They total suck

NOTHING BUT A BIG RIPOFF FREE CRUISE [redacted] WHEN WE TRIED TO SET UP CRUISE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ONLY PORT CHARGES YEA RIGHT THEY WANTED DOLLARS WE ARE VIP WITH [redacted] I CAN BOOK THE SAME CRUISE FOR LESS THAN DOLLARS LIKE I SAID NOTHING BUT A RIPOFF

I accepted my prize trip (nights/days), paid said fee Spoke with a costumer service rep to verify what I needed to do next This person was beyond rude, so I asked for a supervisorI was transferred to a supervisor, who was nice as can be Very helpful and customer oriented (Sadly, her name escapes me.) Today, I called to complete and accept my destination and wanted to verify that my fax had been received Cierra (alleged supervisor) was rude, demanding, short, condescending in tone and someone I would never do business with again I requested a supervisor, she stated she was one and didn't have a boss, when I asked whom she answers to at work I was also advised that the company doesn't deal in customer service, not her job After, being very obnoxious and giggling (RUDE) she finally transferred me to her equal, another supervisor named Christy At first she seemed nice and accommodating However, I heard how she covered up the phone and some whispering was going on in the background I spoke on it as well I just can't believe the company doesn't have any supervisors or higher ups that a customer can deal with right away that are more customer service oriented and professional Apparently, Christy is the office manager and the CEO is Frank S***, who hired her directly so he didn't have to deal with customer service issues I am baffled by the rude behavior and simply appalled by the lack of professionalism and courtesy that is being displayed by this company I will take the trip so I don't lose out on any more money, but NEVER again It would be nice if they had some sort of number published to speak with someone besides the "oh so friendly not customer service staff" dealing with us customers

I was given a vacation certificate that is supposed to be filled by ETTSI. Most of time when I call them I have to leave a message. When I do get through they say I must make my request by email and they are totally unhelpful. I have submitted two requests, the last one for any minimum 2 bedroom accommodation in Barbados, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Cancun, or Los Cabos for any week in Feb, March or April (except for one week in April), and a got an email repsonse that they could find NOTHING! When I called to discuss this, they sent me to VM. Based on past experience, they will not return my call, so I have no way of resolving this very frustrating situation.

ETTSI is a HORRIBLE company! The worst rude staff ever. Extremely misleading. My husband and I did many tours and traveled using time share weeks and weekends, never have we ever came across such a disgusting company. ETTSI should be closed down. We received nothing but a run around! We submitted dates for two months for our "free" vacation and every time we were told the dates were unavailable, but if we wanted to pay a $50 per day fee and do another high pressure time share tour we could stay at a sister location. No!!!! We don't want to sit through that again, and no, we don't want to pay more. We want the free two night stay we paid to activate. Obviously it is a scam, they make you do another tour. At this point we just want a refund. After reading all the other horror stories we don't want anything more to do with this company. Beware!!!!!!!!!! The A[redacted] from Maine.

Received this 'free' two day stay about 12 months ago...paid the $50.00 refundable deposit...wasn't sure I was going to us the trip... about 9 months later my wife was diagnosed with ALS and I had just paid an additional $50..00 the day before as we were going to use the trip at a 'Time Share'. After medical notice of ALS, we decided we could not go as they would not tell us if we had secured a handicapped room...asked for a refund and was flatly refused even though it had only been ONE day after payment.

Company never calls you back or answers the phone... doesn't give what is promised...we asked several times about a handicapped room before and that was reason we thought about not utilizing the trip...without any good results but thought we'd go anyway as it was a 'Time Share' room. Found out after I tried to cancel it was at a [redacted] and a Time share presentation and not even in the same location!!!! They total suck.

We received the certificate for 2 nights "free" from a travel presentation. Definitely not "free". Paid the $50.00 to activate. I was told when I paid activation that if I found I could not use, return the certificate and request in writing for activation deposit to be refunded. Sent request in September 4, 2015 for refund, never heard a word. I waited plenty of time and called, finally got through to a person, Sandra on 1-7-16. She stated they sent a letter in September denying refund, how convenient, I never received so called letter. I could pay another $50.00 to reactivate. How about XXXX NO. This entire program is a scam. It does not take 60 days to confirm a reservation of any kind aside from fee after fee after fee. DO NOT PAY TO ACTIVATE, THROW CERTFIICATE AWAY !!!

The representatives at this company are rude and condescending. They miss lead people who are trying to really take a vacation. Do not send them any money.

NOTHING BUT A BIG RIPOFF FREE CRUISE [redacted] WHEN WE TRIED TO SET UP CRUISE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ONLY PORT CHARGES YEA RIGHT THEY WANTED 1200 DOLLARS WE ARE VIP WITH [redacted] I CAN BOOK THE SAME CRUISE FOR LESS THAN 1000 DOLLARS LIKE I SAID NOTHING BUT A RIPOFF

We recieved a certificate for travel, a cruise and airfaire. We sent in the deposit of 100 dollars each6/12/2014. When it came to try and schedule the travel, we found out our "free" cruise and airefare was not free and cost almost the same as scheduling the travel ourselves. It was a huge hassle trying to reach this business and jump through the hoops to even schedule the travel we had to end up payig for. I sent request to get a refund of deposits 12/21/14, as of 3/25/15 no refund or response. Again sent a fax today. Maybe someone there is just throwing away faxes that are coming in as I do have the confirmation that the fax went through. Sent again the fax to the fax number listed and also the fax number on their web site. Please do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this company.
