As the complainant states we were removing a tree from his neighbors property located between his home and neighbors with very limited space between homes approximately 6ft apart therefor requiring us to stand on complainants roof to safely remove dead tree without causing any damageIt was also required as a precautionary measure to move a grill in complainants backyard away from nearby work area thus not to damage itComplainant called couple days later to state our company had damaged his patio screen door upon moving the grillAfter speaking with complainant and stating if we were responsible that we could take care of screen or pay for repair, Complainant then stated he could handle it himself and requested us to take down a tree in his yard in exchange for damage or take care of the repairAfter investigating and speaking with multiple employees on the job, it was indicated damage was already there prior to our arrivalWe then returned call to complainant explaining that if we were responsible we would certainly take care of this especially due to the minimal cost, but being it was not our moving the grill that cost the damage and it was already damaged that we could not help himWe by all means take damage to other peoples property very seriously but are not into the business of being taken advantage ofAt that point the complainant said he was going to get a inspection of his roof to make sure we did no damage by standing on it, which unless the roof was compromised, standing on it would cause no damageCustomer then as an attack on our company has filed this untruthful complaintAnd as our rating indicates we have an excellent rating prior to this complaint

On 11-17-16, Jim with Jim's All Season told me he was originally going to have a professional licensed roofer inspect my roof, but decided that he would instead contact his insurance company to file a claim, and have his insurance company contact me to pay for my screen and to inspect & repair any roof damage. As of 12-21-16, I have not been contacted by Jim's All Season's Insurance Company
