I spoke with *** this morning 07-17-and explained to her that she needed to bring the car in so that we could take a look at it she tried to explain to me what was wrong but I told her I could not diagnose over the phone and I needed to see the vehicle I asked her again to please bring in the
car and then she hung up the phoneAt this point I am not sure what I can do without having the vehicle in the shop so that we can diagnose it
