Your refund check was issued today - I apologize that it took so long to make that happenWith respect to your statement that you placed calls that were never answered, I would find that difficult to understand as we employ extensive call tracking software to evaluate missed calls and for one person to experience that - well it would be nearly impossible However, I see that you are in [redacted] If those calls were placed after our close of business here in [redacted] I could see that no one would be available to answer - but if a message was left, it should have been returned the following daySincerely,William P***Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

This customer came in with his mother and both test drove the vehicle on 6/21/2015 before purchasing the car when it had 150,miles on the carThe inspection done by the state is for safety and emissions and passedThe customer comes by to the shop on 7/20/and gets belligerent with
the mechanic and after checking the vehicle we noticed that he had put miles making it 153,on the vehicle since purchase. Within month he had driven that mileage and that would mean the brakes and rotors wore down as this is not a brand new car and one would expect wear and tearThe noise he was complaining about was the mufflerWe decided to address all these issues for him as per dealership policy that states he gets a day mile warrantyThis is what we give any customer who does not purchase an extended warranty on any vehicle over 100k miles in the state of New YorkThis was on the documentation signed by the customer upon inception of the vehicleThe issues addressed that day of 7/20/were the following:New Muffler from converter rear and tailpipeBrake Pads and Rotors as well as new calipersWe are a business and we try to address all complaints within reasonThe mother called and stated that we illegally sold the car to her son who is a minorAfter asking how old her son was she stated he was He also signed a document which is attached on the work we had done and our realease of liability on the vehicleHe went over his warranty with the mileage but we still honored it

I am rejecting this response because: I sent my husband to purchase these boxes on Thursday, Sept The person there rang him up at $a box When he told the person there that he thought it was $a box, the person said, "I can give it to you for that price." I think KFC Wahiawa is being deceptive They still have the $sign in their window (Mililani KFC has $signs) and are still trying to charge people $for the Fill Up Box To me it shows they have not fixed their communication problem I am disappointed that they said they resolved the problem a few days after my complaint, but they didn't contact me for over a week I think giving only the people who ask for the sale price, the sale price is deceptive
