I am rejecting this response because: When I took the hearing aids back it was not because I didn't want them or I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place. It was the amount of noise the aides had. I wasn't offered a repair or replacement from *** at all. I was just told I would be receiving a refund of the deposit in to weeksI feel if they had wanted me to keep the product *** would of tried to replace or repair the first set. I feel the product is substandard as I have not had problems in the past with them. With my old pair I had to have them adjusted periodically but never heard the kind of noise that this new pair produced. I have an attachment that was with my packet when I purchased these.
