Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Our move did not occur on 4/17/ The claims for both damaged furniture and the gate incident were both turned over to the business insurance company The insurance informed us that despite the "scam" (and those were the businesses own insurance company's words) that this business had charged us an ADDITIONAL $to provide us with "FULL VALUE REPLACEMENT" for any damage to our property- that the insured (this business) knew the insurer (their insurance company to which the handed over the claim) would only pay "depreciated value"This company's insurer made it clear to us that this company is responsible for the difference between the "depreciated value" that was accepted by the insurer and the "actual" replacement cost that we are out of pocket for This company knew when they took our ADDITIONAL $for "FULL VALUE REPLACMENT" that they had no such insurance, which their insurer confirmed- in fact, stated it is a widespread scam that some moving companies use to get customers to fork out more cash than the cost of the moveThe cost still outstanding for this terrible service and damages is over $9,even after the insurance covered only the "depreciated" value Regards, [redacted]
