A great deal of time has elapsed since your stay with the Galt House Hotel in August The service issues which you presented were not addressed nor an apology made and I would like to attempt to make that up. First and foremost please accept a sincere apology from myself and all the
associates of the Galt that we are truly sorry we did not deliverFrom a slow check in, to miss-assigning your room and then the elevator situation.None of these are in keeping with what the Galt is truly about and none of these should you have experiencedWe wish to be proud members of the hospitality community and we were not, during your August visit ofLast year. Mr*** I have submitted a request to our accounting department to refund you $as a form of reconciliation and again offer our apologiesPlease give us a week or so to see that the check is mailed.
