we have already agreed to fix the driveway and are trying our very best to get it scheduled in as soon as possible we should have him a date in the near future if he has any questions he can call us we are trying our best to resolve this issue thank you for your concerns

I offered to come clean it and the customer said he would rather clean it himself and then he called me upset that he couldn’t get it clean and I told him when I can I will get out there and clean it,that was about 2orweeks ago he also asked me to look at a couple dings in old siding I’m
still willing to clean it if you wants to give me a chance please let me know thank you

We have Already let the homeowner know We will be putting a free seal coat on the driveway this week sometime I do apologize for the wait But it will be resolved before the weekend thank you

So you don't have to come and repair the drive way I no longer wish to do business with you on any level

First of all I do apologize for no response thank you for your patience we would like to repair the driveway of course at no cost and supply you with a free seal coat over the entire driveway free of charge all work to be done no later than the end of September please let me know what

After nearly months of excuses as to why they could not honor a contract to complete work they agreed to do I moved on to another contractor Since I was able to watch them go to other jobs I felt they did not consider my job important or not monetarily worthyThey have done work for me in the past and I was satisfied but this situation was very frustrating I most likely will not call them again
