My family is finally starting to get back on track after my husband lost his job in early Spring I had a surgery to remove cancerous cells from my body and because my husband was unemployed I was unable to take care of the bill until, well now; next month in March technicallyI called and was transferred to some crazy dumb *** who insisted I give her half today and half next month.I told her I couldn't do the entire debt today as I'm moving in the next few weeks and I really don't have the funds outside of what our move will cost usI told her I could pay in full on April 11th at first, but when I noticed she was getting testy within the first few seconds of the conversation, I said 'well I can do it in full on march 15th.' Thinking to myself -- another bill will have to take the back burner for an extra week or twoCrazy *** started yelling at me told me 'I don't care when you're moving, you pay half now and half next month, nothing else you say matters.' I said look my family is just starting to rebuild, I'm trying to put my best foot forward and sift through all this debt we have and get people what they are owed -- she cut me off -- told me 'i clearly dont understand the process'-- I flat out told her dont you talk down to me I am trying to PAY you what I owe you!!! She said I'm not talking down to you im being realistic! I told her I am trying here ***! *** she cut me off probably didn't even hear me call her a *** -- and proceeded to finish me off with "We've called you a thousand times and discussed this with you -- have a nice day." and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL ***??? I couldn't believe that was another human being on the other end of the line
I hope crazy *** isn't like that in real lifeMust be a sad existence if she is

It is my understanding this account has been satisfiedMr*** came in our office and picked up a paid in full letter along with his account being removed from his credit per his request

The employees of this company are rude and unprofessionalI had circumstances where a medical bill ended up being forwarded to this businessWhen they called me I always made a payment of whatever I could doDespite my offer of paying initially $40, *** *** bullied me into paying $and then eventually the balance of $80, threatening at points to tear up my payment and report it as a refusal to pay and report it on my creditIf that isnt bullying and poor practice, I dont know what isWhile paying the balance will put me in a tight spot, but it was worth it to now have to deal with these people again

These people are incredibly rude and unprofessionalThere was a lady that used to work there, ***, who was polite and respectfulHowever, since she left, *** and *** are rude and their treatment can be considered borderline harassmentI asked to speak to *** supervisor todayWhen he asked why, I began to explain that it didn't matter and he said "exactly." I then began to explain how I had been treated in dealing with them and he hung up on meThis is a terrible way to do business as it is unprofessional to hang up on clients

Rude, no professionalism

Very Rude! called regarding a debt and when asked how I was going to pay for it right now I tried explaining I cant afford it at the momentwithout asking to try to make arrangementsshe said this is a refusal to payI tried to explain im not refusing the debt and she hung up on meWorst collection companyThese are medical bills not something people chose to have on the creditThese collection agencies need to take this into consideration

Before paying your debt directly to J R Brothers, CALL THE CREDITORI called the doctors office that I owed and paid them directly, much more pleasant experienceThis company is beyond disrespectful and lack the very basics of customer serviceTwo minutes into the call, I was told "i'm not going to argue with you, I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU, THAANK YOU" {Click} and all I was asking was for clarification as to where the debt came from, I was hung up on by both a Representative and a "Manager"They are very accusatory and harass and bully you into payingPeople who are calling to pay their debts are calling in good faith to resolve what they owe, there's no need to make them feel like they're committing white collar crimes

Absolutely awful, disrespectful and rudeRobyn hung up on me twice AFTER I had let her know I had set up paymentsHarassmentIt takes a certain kind of person to act like thatI feel awful for her that she has to live being that miserableMay she find peace and kindness

Mrs*** told our representative she thought these medical bills were paidShe stated she would mail us copies of canceled checks, which she hasn't yet to this date Instead they file a complaint with the Revdex.com From our point of view that places us in a no win situation as we
try to work with all debts
Therefore we mailed a copy of the itemized statement to them showing charges and creditsIf they dispute these amounts they must show proof of payments.

On may 5th I received a phone call from *** from JR brothers Financial collocation agency,both both *** and her supervisor *** were extremely rudehey there used a lot of profanity and made threatening remark

I had an unexpected urgent care bill from June, and received a call from JR Brother's Financial in December, informing me of the bill I thought the person who was calling was my doctor, as I just got released from the hospital having surgery earlier that day I explained to the person that I was just home from the hospital and asked for a call back when I recovered in a few days I never received a call back until today 1/29/and I then recalled excerpts from my conversation with her in December I told her I was going to call the urgent care because there must have been a billing issue since I had two insurances and never had a bill She said, "So you are refusing to pay?" I said no, that I wanted to clear it up and call back She again said, "So I'm going to mark this as you refusing to pay and it will hit your credit score immediately." I then asked to speak to her supervisor She replied, "Ha ha ha...I am the supervisor." I said, "Well you must report to someone and I want to speak to your supervisor now." She said, "You do not tell me now," and laughed again She then put me on hold and transferred me to her supervisor, ***, who was also useless He reiterated that she was a supervisor and I said I wanted him to know that I was treated horribly He said, "Well how do you think you were treating our clients by not paying your bill?" I told him I didn't deserve, nor did anyone deserve to be treated this way, especially when the incident was a billing issue I told him after he was rude again that I was going to report him to the Revdex.com He said he was going to report me I told him good luck with that since I'm not a business and hung up When I called the urgent care, I clarified the situation and they realized it was a billing issue as both insurances weren't billed I informed them of the type of people who work for this company and that if I were a business owner I wouldn't want my clients to experience such brutal treatment She stated she will pass the information on and talk to the owner of JR tomorrow

I called to make payment arrangements for my billThe representative told me that they do not do paymentsThan when I tried talking to him about it he hung up on meI called back wanting to talk to the managerI told her what happened and she ended up telling me that she was not going to allow me to make payments because she didnt want toThan she hung up on me as well
