I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have no hope of compensation, nor is that my primary goal for reporting this companyIn regards to Revolution's response, I'm a very intelligent womanI am a physician assistant in Open Heart Surgery, so I'm not quite ready for the old folk's homeThe site has conveniently been changedI've been ordering from them for a year...they were cheaper than the brick and mortar shopsThey offered 30ml and 15ml bottles for $lessI have always ordered in bulkto bottles per order, making my orders exempt from shipping costsMore times than not, I was charged shippingRevolution has credited me once for free shippingTheir site is not set by default to process without shipping when your order is above $30...yet they advertise FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $30, but cheat their customers. At any rate, as you can see by the picture, the site DID sell 15ml bottlesTHAT is what was advertised and THAT is what I orderedThe smallest bottle DOES NOT CONTAIN 10ml of liquid...it contains 8mlI used a syringe and needle to extract and measure the liquidI'm well aware of the state of our economy, stuff costs moreI would have been happy to pay more for the product promised, but when you cheat me and charge me for less product, that's theft, fraudulent, and just really bad business.As for contacting revolution, I sent three separate emails that went unanswered, which was the final straw and prompted this complaintI used the "contact us" icon on the site, which I assume, leaves a message for adminsIt requires my email addressPrior to this incident, they were very prompt in responding to meNot the case in this situation...silence, which speaks volumesI have found a better eliquid companyI will NEVER use Revolution againMy only hope in this situation, is that YOU will FLAG them for their poor, dishonest business practices so others will be forewarned.Regards,

To whom it may concern,I have provided a copy of Ms*** order which indicates that the bottles ordered were 10mL, not 15mLI believe the confusion stems from stores in her area which carry 15mL bottles of our liquidsOur site sells the smaller 10mL size for $It seems to be an honest
mistake. I have found some correspondence with Ms*** where she asked about our shipping policy, and she was refunded for the free shipping she should have receivedI do not have any records of requests for compensation for this orderI have reached out by telephone to Ms*** and would prefer to resolve the dispute amicablyWe have no history of bad business practices and we do take customer service very seriouslyIf we can make it up to Ms*** somehow we would prefer to do so.Regards,Eric
