Jim's Recycling Reviews (3)

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe seller nor realtor made no communication regarding NOT doing any repairsWhen I was trying to communicate with both the seller and their realtor, the seller could not be found multiple times, and the realtor kept saying either he was in the hospital or they had no clue where their client wasThe seller's realtor finally communicated via text (which we still have) that the seller would work with the me and was willing to have a retaining wall built by who he chooses but felt that putting in some new girders and columns would be too muchThe seller wanted to use his own workers to correct the workThis was after the inspection was doneOnce we learned he was willing to do repairs, we went ahead with the appraisal processIt was only after all of this, that the seller decided to not sell the houseThe seller's realtor called my realtor and stated that the seller was not going to sellThe next week and a half was spent trying to reconcile what was going to be a broken contract between the two parties by the seller, and then trying to get Kline & Coto cooperate enough for me to get out of the contract in order to find a new place to purchaseEven the owner of Kline & Cowas not helpful in any of the process and seemed to want it to go awayFinally, I ran out of time and had to re-sign my lease or not have a place for me and my family to liveI spent a good two months under contract to buy the house and was given the run around multiple times by the seller and his representativeOnce the contract was released, the seller moved forward with repairs on the house and the "for sale" sign is still in the yardIt also shows the property pending onlineI paid for inspection and appraisal, lost time looking for another home, and now have to stay in the apartment I was trying to move out of because of the incompetence of this companyAnd now the seller seems to be benefiting from my inspection by repairing the house and trying to sell it again and Kline & Cowill again represent this person Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The seller nor realtor made no communication regarding NOT doing any repairsWhen I was trying to communicate with both the seller and their realtor, the seller could not be found multiple times, and the realtor kept saying either he was in the hospital or they had no clue where their client was. The seller's realtor finally communicated via text (which we still have) that the seller would work with the me and was willing to have a retaining wall built by who he chooses but felt that putting in some new girders and columns would be too muchThe seller wanted to use his own workers to correct the workThis was after the inspection was doneOnce we learned he was willing to do repairs, we went ahead with the appraisal processIt was only after all of this, that the seller decided to not sell the houseThe seller's realtor called my realtor and stated that the seller was not going to sellThe next week and a half was spent trying to reconcile what was going to be a broken contract between the two parties by the seller, and then trying to get Kline & Coto cooperate enough for me to get out of the contract in order to find a new place to purchaseEven the owner of Kline & Cowas not helpful in any of the process and seemed to want it to go awayFinally, I ran out of time and had to re-sign my lease or not have a place for me and my family to liveI spent a good two months under contract to buy the house and was given the run around multiple times by the seller and his representativeOnce the contract was released, the seller moved forward with repairs on the house and the "for sale" sign is still in the yardIt also shows the property pending online. I paid for inspection and appraisal, lost time looking for another home, and now have to stay in the apartment I was trying to move out of because of the incompetence of this companyAnd now the seller seems to be benefiting from my inspection by repairing the house and trying to sell it again and Kline & Cowill again represent this person.
