We regret the troubles that Mr*** has had with his orderWe had already refunded Mr***'s credit card $on 12/2/2016, I thought this was agreed upon during an earlier phone callDuring a recent phone call on 12/14/Mr*** said he was not aware that $that had been refunded to his
credit card accountDuring that same recent phone call we agreed to refund an additional $and Mr*** agreed he would rescind his Revdex.com complaintI don't believe this has happened or is not possibleThe $additional refund to Mr***'s account was made 12/14/2016. Mr***'s engine was covered by warrantee and he said he is getting a replacement engine.Concerning the return of parts from the engine installation kit: The parts that are unused just cannot be returned for a refundThe kit is made up of custom parts and are not priced individually, and are sold as a packageAdditionally all returns require an RMA, this is clearly stated on our invoices and on our web siteI have attached files of these return policies
