We do not quote cooling unit change outs due to a number of unpredictablevariables. nearly the same as was paid for the cooling unit install. The$100 dollar comment was based on the $1,576.57 pre tax cost of the cooling unitinstall compared to the cost of a new unit not including labor.We do not have a flooded area on our lot, though there are a couple of puddlesabout 2 inches deep in our parking lot when it rains.We will refund this customer the difference between the pre tax estimate of$1,380.00 and the pre tax bill on work order 13169 of $1,576.57. We brought the camper back to our facility and pressure tested. This test revealed no leaks. We then water tested and found a leak behind an awning extension arm that was not revealed in the pressure test. We sealed this leak, removed the internal wall panel and checked for any sign of damage. There...
