Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: There are several inaccuracies They did not even mention the wheel lock thing until after the whole thing was over They admittedly did not check the tires and found that they did not fill out their own
form correctly and did not therefore have the tires in stock I stated it would need an alignment when I brought it in, however they waited until they had the car for hours before even telling me they felt it needed one
The bureau of automotive repair was contacted as well and they stated that ALL costs would be refundedThe tires were returned, and my previous tires were put on I will now need to go to another tire store, as the car is shaking and I am concerned about my safety, as I am not sure the tires were put on properly Since the alignment went with a product that I no longer have, and I was inconvenienced by several hours, this is not a cost I should have to bearSince the Bureau of Automotive Repair stated that all costs would be returned, I am hoping they will contact me back as well.
