An attempt was made to contact Ms [redacted] by phone on 2/23/ A message was left requesting that she return the call so that we could make arrangements to process her refund We did not receive a call back A refund of $was issued by check and sent to Ms [redacted] on 2/27/at the address provided in this complaint.Jim's Towing would like to extend a sincere apology to Ms [redacted] regarding this matter We deeply regret the level of customer service that she received and assure her that no disrespect was intended Please understand that the drivers who respond to release requests on the weekend are on-call drivers It took an extended amount of time for Ms [redacted] to locate our office and due to the weather, our driver was called away to respond to an emergency police call Thank you for your time
