On January 17th I had a garage door seal installed to weatherproof from water flooding into garage I contacted the company, Door-Mart (PM Enterprises)At that time they had told me this would be an adjustable seal, so if there are any problems, at any time in the future, to call and there could be adjustments if needed I called today, February 2, 2017, and spoke with someone by the name of [redacted] or [redacted] , that said he was the President of the company My call was just to ask if the Tech could do a service check as due to the rain today water has come throughNot as severe as when we had the extreme winds, I simple just wanted to know if there is perhaps an adjustment that may be able to be done as they had told me to call if there was a problemThe person I spoke for was rude and demeaning, and was only wanting to get the 2nd half of pmtwhich is not due until 2/16, which is days from my original payment of $made on Jan17th, which was the agreementHe said unles

Sir: My complaint is about Treatment by the Subject company on 3/14/I contacted this company about a Broken Spring/Door SituationLater that day, they came to my home and Talked me into a complete Door/HdWre Job, for $ 1100.00, with $ Cash DepositI was called two days later to reset Installation DateI informed the person that called me, I changed my mind, and to return my depositthe person who came the lst time asked for my email address, so they could send me a copy, it had been signed in two places, and could not read either of the signatures..they were scrawls.( I never saw that contract or signed one in person.) main reason I cancelled I called them and cancelled, as well as sent them an email, with same messagethe last person, at the phone number, I called was not only rude

The company installed garage doors and openersThey did a wonderful job The owner Pete was great to work with and super fairWe are very happy with the whole process

improperly installed garage door springs failed to honor contract cancellation failed to timely provide copy of contract used signature and duplicated throughout multiple signing locations grossly overcharged misrepresented prices of parts; failed to provide receipts of parts prices as promised falsely interprets standard job as emergency

The companies website states to "call for a free estimate today"I did and we received a call from one of their contractors rather quicklyWhen he arrived he lectured me on the care of the garage door springs, though this was good information, his tone was unappreciatedHe told me the broken spring should have lasted at least years, but because I didn't take care of it is why it brokewhen I informed him I had only been in the home for years, he corrected his statement with a well the last guy probably didn't take care of it and you didn't knowHe then proceeded to give me an outrageous quoteI thanked him and told him I would be in touch after a couple other companies had come out to see meHe replied back "WOW, what a waste" when I asked him what he meant, he said I drove all the way out here to repair a spring, didn't think it was just for a quote" I am so disappointed with the level of professionalism this contractor providedI will not be using this company in the future

I paid Door-Mart $to repair my garage door and it worked for days but then was worse than when I startedI had to call twice and a second technician came out and said I needed a new unit, quoting between $600-&1,200! Feeling like I was getting totally ripped off, I insisted to have the original technician come back out who originally told me I didn't need a new unitThe original technician came out and said it was a defective part he put in but if he replaced the defective part, he would have to charge me again! Realizing I was getting the run around and made a HUGE mistake by calling Door-Mart, I called Overhead Door for a second opinion and they did replace the unit but for only $Door-Mart manager/supervisor have never returned my calls and I want my $back because they did not repair my garage door per agreementThere is no service charge warranted as they did not correctly service my garage doorUnfortunately, I paid by check and it was deposited the day after

ON JANUARY 24TH I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE MY GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN COMPLETELY AND WHEN IT DID OPEN IT BENT IN IN THE TOPTHEY ADVISED ME THEY WOULD SENT OUT A TECH THE FOLLOWING DAY BETWEEN NOON TO P.M A TECH DID COME OUT AND TOLD ME THE PRICE WAS $4OO TO REPAIR THE PROBLEMTHE TECH SPENT MINUTES INSTALLING BARS AND MINUTES REPAIRING A WIRE TO GET THE OPENER TO WORK, AND THE REST OF THE TIME JUST TALKED AND TALKED AND TALKEDWHEN I CALLED THE FIRST DAY I WAS NOT TOLD OF WHAT THE SERVICE CHARGE WASWHEN MY DAUGHTER CALLED ON JANUARY 27TH, SHE WAS TOLD THAT THE BARS THEY INSTALLED WAS $EACH, $SERVICE CALL AND THAT THE TECH SPENT HOUR AT HER HOUSE AND REMOVED A BAR OF SOME SORTTHIS IS UNTRUE, THE TECH NEVER REMOVED ANY BARS, HE DID NOT WORK I HOUR AT HER HOUSE, AND DID NOT MENTION THE PRICE FOR THE BARSHE DID NOT GIVE MY MOM A RECEIPT TELLING HER IT WOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE THE FOLLOWING DAY SENT E-MAILI FILL MY MOTHER WAS CHEATED OF MONEY A
