To whom it may concern:On 5/12/the customer had provided me with the food she had wanted for the graduation partyThe policy for ordering the food is the Monday before the event, and the items are shipped the next day which was 6/14/16, have receipts on requestAfter speaking with the customer on 6/she mentioned the food trays were supposes to be of Ham, of Turkey, of Italians I became confused because she had ordered tray of each on 5/12/16, that's why I had asked her to go over the food one more time.I've been doing this for years and I take pride in my work and customer serviceI returned the deposit of $ check # [redacted] on 6/15/after speaking with the customer and that check was cashed on 6/21/16.If you need any further information regarding this matter please contact me at ###-###-####.Sincerely,James H
