To whom it my concern, I called and spoke to ** *** on 06/24/@ 12:PMI asked her how old her vehicle was, she stated it was a 2006. That is TEN years old. I then asked her if she worked? she stated that yes she did jobs as a matter of factI then asked her if she
goes to the grocery store., she stated yes she does, she then stated that she was getting upset with me because I was asking so many questionsThe reason I was asking questions is because it is wear and tear on the key ,turning it the key on and off how many times a day for the past TEN yearsShe then stated that she doesn't use the same key all the time for she has went through many keys in the past TEN yearsI then asked her how many times have you patronized Jimbo's car wash she stated not that often but, when I want a good wash I come there because we're in the neighborhoodI then asked her do you usually turn your car off when you come here? she stated NO and I don't know why I did this timeJust pay me half so I can get a new keyI then stated to her that she has now taught me a good lesson! That now if a customer turns off there car I now need the customer to turn there car or vehicle back on for usI also stated to her that since she turned off her vehicle and we were the last to turn the key that I would reimburse her for half the amount for a key.
