Jimbos Inflatables delivered a water slide to my home on June 13 2015 and when they showed up they brought the wrong slide. And the one that they did set up it was defective. I had to make several phones to the owner because the slide went down several time. He did not try to compensate me at all. I was stuck with a product that my daughter did not enjoy for her birthday party.Product_Or_Service: water slideDesired SettlementI will like a full refund of 260.00 I never used the productBusiness Response We dellivered a waterslide(for rent), to [redacted] on 6/13/15. The slide was the exact same slide in dimensions (height,width,and length)that she ordered,except for the color. We offered her a full refund of her deposit ($77.18). Since the color was not what she ordered, we gave her a very nominal discount for the slide that was delivered,(which she agreed to and accepted). At one point during rental period, she complained that water was coming out of pool area. We sent a manager onsite who determined it was because her guest were sitting on side of pool(inflatable), causing water to exit pool area. Then after being called again to site,because she stated "slide was falling down", it was determined that she had a faulty electrical outlet which was rectified by switching to another outlet.There was nothing wrong with our equipment at anytime. After utilizing our equipment for the alloted rental time, Mrs [redacted] attempted to encourage Credit Card company to refund funds charged on her card to no avail. She accepted and used our services and equipment at a discount, and now indicates she is due a refund. It is preposterous! She was offered a full refund before she used our services and she declined. Therefore it is our position that services were rendered and this complaint is unjustified.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I do not accept this response because it is incorrect information. The water slide they brought to my home was the wrong one and it was defective when they arrived at my home. Nothing was wrong with my outlet at my home and when he did send a guy to my home he did nothing but stood there with no answer on why his product was not working and he just left and did not return until pick up time. I had to use my personal pool at my home to continue the fun of my daughter birthday party. I did not use his product at all. I want a full refund because we did not get to enjoy the product at all.I will take this further if I do not get a refund. Jimbo's know that I did not use there water slide at all because of the problems it had,Final Business Response We gave client the opportunity to receive a full refund of her deposit before service was rendered. She instead accepted a discounted price for the waterslide on site. She viewed item on site. Item was used for allotted time. Product and service was provided. No refund is warranted after service rendered.
