To whom it may concern:On 5/12/16 the customer had provided me with the food she had wanted for the graduation party. The policy for ordering the food is the Monday before the event, and the items are shipped the next day which was 6/14/16, have receipts on request. After speaking with the customer...

on 6/15 she mentioned the food trays were supposes to be 2 of Ham, 2 of Turkey, 2 of Italians I became confused because she had ordered 1 tray of each on 5/12/16, that's why I had asked her to go over the food one more time.I've been doing this for 20 years and I take pride in my work and customer service.
