I am rejecting this response because: A lot of double talk from this shopIt's going nowhere just as I thought it wouldI will however, continue to bad mouth this establishment and do all that is in my power to see that no one else takes their watercraft to them for repairsThe truth speaks for itselfThis is truly a bad business All consumers should be aware ! R & D Moto Technologies LLC [redacted] Sacramento, CA [redacted] Revdex.com Beacon Blvd West Sacramento, CA To Whom It Concerns: We are responding to complaint ID [redacted] [redacted] brought his Seadoo jetski into our shop on August 11,He said he wanted us to diagnose his jetski for run issues and check fluids because he was wanting to sale his personal watercraftDuring the cheprocess at our shop his jetski would not startWe charged his battery over night and load tested it the next dayWhile waiting for the battery to test good we checked fluidsWe found his personal watercraft a quart low on oil and low on coolant of which we topped off bothAfter the battery was charged and tested good, we reinstalled itOnce the battery was reconnected we tested the compressionWhen we pulled the spark plug from cylinder #we found the plug to be fouled with oilAll three cylinders passed our compression testFrom there we connected the water hose to see if it would runThe jetski started but ran really rough which is for a jetski that has not ran for a long period of timeAfter a minute or two of running, with the jetski connected to the water, it's drive shaft began to vibrate and spin uncontrollablyAt that time we shut it down and documented our recommended repairsIn regards to [redacted] 's accusation that we ran it without water, that is incorrectEven if we did run it without water for several minutes, it would not have caused the oil seal to fail, or the current issues with the drive shaftThe purpose of the water is to cool the exhaust system [redacted] 's complaint says that his Seadoo jetski has not been in operation for over a year, which was backed up by the fact it would not operate when he brought it to our shopThere is no proof to his claim that we damaged his jetskiOn August 14th 2015, [redacted] picked his jetski up after deciding not to proceed with our recommendations of needed repairsAt that time he paid the invoice, and signed it as well as his credit card receipt, and did not mention his dissatisfaction with our serviceTo this date he has never addressed his concerns or requested reimbursement personally with us We did not do anything to cause the damage he has made in his claimWe believe that we should remain in good standing with the Revdex.com and that no compensation is due [redacted] Please see attached signed documentation by [redacted] to support our position.Sincerely, [redacted] Managing Members

Seadoo jetski into our shop on August 11,2015. He said he wanted us to diagnose his jetski for run issues and check fluids because he was wanting to sale his personal watercraft. During the check-in process at our shop his jetski would not start. We charged his battery over night and load tested it the next day. While waiting for the battery to test good we checked fluids.
