Payment for Grandchildren pictures made. Pictures not received On october 22, 2013 we ordered school pictures of our Grandchildren on line. Payment for $109.90 was made through [redacted] on order #'s Bar-fXX-XXXX and EPMS-FXX-XXXX, ( $ 49.95 sach) Receipt # XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. We recently found out other students received their pictures weeks ago. We hav contacted j. [redacted]'s studios without success. Pictures were ordered for their two grandchildren on our Web Service October 22, 2013. One child attending [redacted] High School, girl ID # [redacted]-FXX-XXXX, $49.95 pkg and the same package for their grandchild (boy) who attends [redacted] ID # [redacted]-FXX-XXXX.Order was mailed by us on November 6th, 2013 to address [redacted] in Memphis. Customer notified us in February of 2014 that they had never received their orders. Problem was researched and pictures were reprinted and mailed again on Friday, February 21st.
