Patio completed and developed patio deficiencies
On or about July 25, 2015, Jimmy Britt Builders started a roofing and patio project due to a rain storm They were to replace the roof and completely restore and add an upgrade the patio by enclosing the patio On or about December 7, the patio was completed or at the near end of completion With the cold weather and seasonal changes it was hard to examine or review all the completed work done As the weather changed it became noticeable that certain things were not complete For example three screens were not placed on the outside windows A few months ago I contact them regarding major cracks in the inside of the patio and out beams Several areas into the patio had defective pieces of wood The stairs to the patio have planks of wood separatingSeveral pieces of wood are splitting and foundations cracks have occurred inside and outside of the patio

We were very impressed with the entire process and it looks great
