Jimmy `C' Music Machine Entertainment Service

Jimmy C's was hired to provide a videographer for our wedding on November 12, 2011. When we finally received the video it was missing a CD. We have an e-mail from Jimmy C's stating that we will be getting 5.5+ hours of un-edited video and only received 4 hours of it. When we called them they said they "forgot" to give us the third DVD. We also paid an extra $20 for an additional copy which we also had to call several times to obtain because they kept forgetting to make it for us. When we finally received it we were very unhappy with the quality. The first CD was fine, the second CD had some issues with sound quality (missed both of my grandparents speech to us on the CD), the third CD you are NOT able to watch at all. The sound quality is terrible! It cuts in and out every second, the video is choppy, and the video skips. We brought this to their attention and they said they would try to fix it and sent us a new CD of the missing footage that was edited and still very poor quality. When we brought this to their attention again we were told that they can make a new video with additional features like a picture montage intro, etc. to make up for the problem that could not be fixed. After several calls back and forth about this problem, my husband finally spoke with the owner and he told us to take him to small claims court if we want and that he doesn't guarantee the tape quality and he doesn't remember promising 5.5+ hours of video of our wedding day, and that he got most of our wedding and its not his problem.
